Advertise with us
PlayTheDream reaches people who follow sport closely and check scores many times a day. We sell a small number of clearly separated advertising placements, and we are strict about who can buy them.
Formats

Premium subscribers see no advertising. Ads never appear inside live match rows, match centres' data tabs or brackets.
Prohibited advertiser categories
We will not accept advertising, sponsorship or affiliate arrangements from any business in the following categories, whether directly or through a network:
- Gambling of any kind
- Betting and sports betting, including exchanges and tipster services
- Casino operators, whether physical venues or websites
- Sweepstakes casinos and social casinos with cash-equivalent prizes
- Crypto-casinos and token-based wagering sites
- Lotteries and prize draws requiring payment
- Prediction markets
- Skin trading, case opening and item-roulette sites
- Fantasy sports with paid entry or cash prizes
- Tobacco, vaping, weapons and adult content
Ad-network controls
Account-level blocks covering Gambling, Betting, Casino and Lottery ads are switched on in each ad network we work with, and the creatives actually delivered on our pages are reviewed every week. Advertising scripts are restricted by a Content Security Policy to an approved list of domains, and no advertising script loads before a visitor gives consent.
Editorial separation
Advertisers do not influence coverage. Sponsored material is labelled and produced separately from the newsroom, as set out in our editorial policy.
